CrossFit Class will have a 'Workout of the day' that is personalised workout schedule the coaches have created for you on that day. It's a mix of mobility, strength and metabolic conditioning workouts that will get you fitter by day.

Calisthenics is a form of strength training that uses the resistance of your body and gravity to help strengthen your muscles and improve your coordination, endurance and mobility.
Every Saturday at 8am and 9:30am. we have a fun filled circuit class. There are 12 stations with different exercises on each station. With great music, high energy ambiance and a friendly camaraderie, this full body workout will make you feel energised after the class.
Is your focus on getting a flat tummy and getting an appealing shape for your bumsy and thighs. Go no further, we run this class every Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at 8:30am, and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4pm and 5:30pm. Come give it a try!
This is our dedicated class for children aged 8-18.
At DAR CrossFit, our CrossFit for Kids program helps children build strength, coordination, and confidence through fun, age-appropriate exercises like jumping, running, and climbing. Guided by experienced coaches, kids improve their fitness while learning teamwork and the joy of staying active. Safe, engaging, and designed for all fitness levels—CrossFit for Kids empowers the next generation to be strong and healthy!
This is abs buster class, giving you a full core and abs toning experience. Every Tuesday and Thursday we have a core class at 9am. Come experience a fun and high energy class and walk out with great abs.
